Terms of Service

Effective date: June 24, 2026

These Terms of Service govern the purchase and use of RangeReady Monitor. RangeReady is operated by Adam Allcock, an individual, at 2443 Fillmore St #380-4561, San Francisco, CA 94115, United States. In these Terms, "RangeReady," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Adam Allcock operating the RangeReady service.

By purchasing, activating, or using the service, the business identified at checkout or during onboarding agrees to these Terms. The person accepting these Terms represents that they are authorized to bind that business. The service is offered for business use, not personal, family, or household use.

Service Boundary

RangeReady provides outside-in monitoring of agreed public job-posting sources. Depending on the purchased plan, the service may check public job postings for new or changed content, compare posting text, identify posting signals that appear worth checking, route potential signals through an internal human-review step, send reviewed alerts by email, recheck public postings, and maintain a limited posting review history.

The current service does not include a customer account, login, dashboard, ATS or HRIS access, private-system access, applicant workflow, compensation recommendation, or legal-compliance determination.

Orders And Plan Terms

An order means the applicable Stripe checkout page, plan description, onboarding confirmation, or other written order accepted by RangeReady. The order identifies the purchased plan, price, billing interval, monitored source limits, active posting limits, alert-recipient limits, monitoring cadence, and posting review history period.

Source Review And Activation

Customer must provide an accurate company domain and an employer-controlled or otherwise authorized public careers source. Supported sources must be accessible without credentials, private links, authentication tokens, applicant data, or bypassing access controls.

RangeReady ordinarily sends an onboarding, activation, or scope notice within one business day after purchase, excluding U.S. federal holidays. If RangeReady determines during initial review that it cannot reasonably support the submitted source, we will contact the customer. The parties may agree in writing on a narrower supported source. If they do not, RangeReady will cancel the order and refund the amount paid for that order.

If a previously supported source later becomes unavailable, blocked, materially changed, or outside the supported v0 scope, RangeReady may pause monitoring, ask the customer to identify a supported source, cancel future service, or refund the unused portion of the current paid period.

Monitoring Limits

RangeReady does not promise that it will detect every posting, change, omission, or relevant signal; access every source at every scheduled interval; generate an alert for every change; avoid false positives or false negatives; deliver email without delay or filtering; or preserve a source exactly as it appeared at every moment.

A lack of alerts means only that RangeReady did not send a reviewed alert through the service. It does not mean that a posting is legally sufficient, contains appropriate compensation language, or remained unchanged.

RangeReady is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, legal representation, or compliance determinations. No attorney-client relationship is created through the service or customer communications.

RangeReady does not determine whether a particular law applies, whether a posting satisfies any requirement, what compensation a customer should offer, or what pay range is correct for a role. Alerts identify public posting signals that may need internal review. Customer remains responsible for its posting language, compensation decisions, internal procedures, legal review, and response to any alert.

Workflow labels such as acknowledged, not applicable, updated, or recheck requested record operational status only. They are not legal conclusions, admissions, or verification by RangeReady.

Customer Responsibilities

Acceptable Use And Prohibited Data

Customer may use the service only for its own employer-controlled or otherwise authorized public posting sources. Customer must not use the service to monitor unrelated employers or competitors without authorization, build public accusation or ranking materials, harass or target a person or organization, resell alerts, direct RangeReady to bypass access controls, or engage in unlawful or abusive activity.

Customer must not send or enter:

RangeReady may reject, quarantine, or delete prohibited material and may suspend the affected monitoring workflow.

Fees, Renewals, And Taxes

Prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless checkout says otherwise. Prices exclude taxes unless checkout states that tax is included. Where RangeReady is required to collect a tax, the tax may be added at checkout or invoiced as permitted by law.

For recurring plans, customer authorizes Stripe and RangeReady to charge the payment method provided at checkout for each renewal and any applicable taxes. RangeReady may suspend service for an overdue or failed payment after reasonable notice.

Cancellation And Refunds

Customer may cancel a recurring subscription through the Stripe-hosted billing portal, if enabled, or by emailing . Cancellation ordinarily takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. To avoid a renewal charge, submit the cancellation before the renewal time shown in Stripe.

Except as stated here, fees are nonrefundable and there are no prorated refunds for a customer-initiated cancellation. RangeReady will provide a refund when an initially submitted source is unsupported and no narrower scope is agreed, RangeReady charges the customer in error, a duplicate payment is processed, applicable law requires a refund, or RangeReady ends a paid period for convenience or solely because it can no longer support the agreed source.

Cancellation does not automatically delete posting review history. Records remain subject to the applicable history period and the Privacy Notice.

Stripe And Third-Party Services

Stripe hosts checkout, processes payments, collects payment details, sends receipts, supports subscriptions, and may handle fraud screening, refunds, billing, and disputes. RangeReady does not ask customers to send card numbers, bank details, raw Stripe secrets, or webhook payloads. Stripe may process checkout and payment information under its own terms and privacy disclosures.

The service may also depend on hosting, email, storage, monitoring, security, analytics, support, and operations providers. RangeReady is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control. The Privacy Notice explains how website analytics, cookies, payment metadata, and service records are handled.

At Stripe-hosted checkout, the buyer must confirm that they are authorized to purchase for the business identified at checkout, accept these Terms, and acknowledge the Privacy Notice before payment. A footer link on the website is not a substitute for the Stripe checkout consent flow.

Posting Review History

RangeReady may keep a narrow source-backed history of posting checks, alerts, acknowledgements, changes, and rechecks for internal review and customer summaries. Unless an order says otherwise, posting review history is retained for 60 days for Founding Pilot, 12 months for Monitor Starter, and 24 months for Monitor Growth, measured from creation of each record.

Posting review history is not an immutable archive, litigation hold, assurance of completeness, or guarantee that a source was continuously monitored.

Availability And Changes

RangeReady may modify, pause, or discontinue features as the v0 service evolves. We may update plan limits, pricing, or these Terms prospectively. For existing paid subscriptions, material price changes take effect no earlier than the next renewal after reasonable advance notice.

Confidentiality And Ownership

Public job postings are not confidential to RangeReady. Non-public workflow communications between RangeReady and a customer should be used only for the customer's internal business purposes. Customer grants RangeReady the rights needed to process submitted URLs, public posting excerpts, customer instructions, and workflow records to provide and improve the service.

RangeReady owns its service, software, templates, workflows, and generalized know-how. Customer may use alerts, summaries, and exports for its internal business review, subject to these Terms.

Disclaimers And Liability Limits

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, RangeReady disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RangeReady will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, loss of goodwill, or loss of data. RangeReady's total liability for all claims related to the service is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount customer paid RangeReady for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Suspension And Termination

RangeReady may suspend or terminate service for nonpayment, misuse, prohibited data, security risk, legal risk, inability to access a supported source, or material breach of these Terms. Customer may stop using the service at any time, but recurring subscriptions must be canceled under the cancellation section above to stop future renewal charges.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The parties consent to the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California for disputes arising from these Terms or the service, except where applicable law requires a different forum.
