Privacy Notice

Effective date: June 25, 2026

This Privacy Notice explains how RangeReady handles information for its public posting monitoring service. RangeReady is operated by Adam Allcock, an individual, at 2443 Fillmore St #380-4561, San Francisco, CA 94115, United States.

RangeReady is designed for business use. The v0 service is built around public job postings, business contact information, Stripe-hosted payment records, and monitor workflow records. It is not designed to collect applicant data, private HR data, or employee compensation records.

Information We Collect

Information We Do Not Want In V0

If prohibited or sensitive information is sent to RangeReady, we may reject, quarantine, delete, or restrict it.

Sources Of Information

We may collect information from public employer-controlled careers sources, public company pages, customer-submitted public URLs, Stripe checkout and billing flows, customer emails, support communications, referrals, professional sources, business-data providers, optional Google Analytics 4 site measurement, and operational logs from the website and service.

How We Use Information

RangeReady's classification and review processes concern public posting text. They are not used to evaluate applicants, employees, or other individuals for employment decisions.

How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information to customer-designated recipients, Stripe, hosting and cloud providers, email providers, monitoring and retrieval providers, security and logging providers, support and business communications providers, analytics providers such as Google Analytics 4, accounting and recordkeeping providers, professional advisers, and other service providers that help operate RangeReady.

We may also disclose information if reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, enforce agreements, investigate misuse, protect rights or safety, or participate in a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, or similar business transaction subject to appropriate confidentiality measures.

Stripe And Payments

Stripe hosts checkout and handles payment details. RangeReady may receive transaction and billing metadata needed to fulfill the service, such as selected plan, customer email, business name, payment status, checkout identifiers, subscription identifiers, and refund or cancellation status. RangeReady does not receive or store full card numbers or bank account details.

Stripe may process checkout, payment, billing, fraud-prevention, subscription, refund, and dispute information under its own privacy disclosures. Learn more at stripe.com/privacy.

Cookies And Analytics

The public website is a static marketing site and does not include an application login. Hosting and security providers may create operational logs when a page is requested. RangeReady uses essential local storage or cookies to remember cookie preferences.

RangeReady may use optional analytics through Google Analytics 4, property G-7NLM3G9DSN, only after analytics consent. Before a visitor makes a choice, the site sends Google consent defaults with analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data, and ad_personalization denied. If analytics is accepted, Google Analytics 4 may use cookies or similar browser storage to measure public website usage. Visitors can change their choice through the Cookie settings link in the footer.

RangeReady does not use analytics for advertising or remarketing and does not run advertising pixels in the current v0 website. Google may process analytics information under its own privacy disclosures.

Public Posting Information

RangeReady processes information that an employer or its posting provider has made publicly accessible. We generally retain only the source information, excerpts, changes, hashes, and metadata reasonably needed for the monitoring workflow. RangeReady does not operate a public job-posting database and does not use the service to publish public employer rankings or accusations.

Business Communications And Choices

We may send relevant business communications to work contacts obtained from public sources, referrals, professional sources, customer instructions, or business-data providers. Marketing communications will include a way to opt out. A recipient may also opt out by replying to the message or contacting .

We maintain limited suppression information to honor opt-out requests. Opting out of marketing does not stop necessary transactional or service communications, such as receipts, paid-service alerts, source notices, cancellation confirmations, or security messages.

Sale, Sharing, And Targeted Advertising

RangeReady does not sell personal information. RangeReady does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising and does not use personal information for targeted advertising as those terms are defined under applicable U.S. state privacy laws. We do not rent or sell customer, prospect, or alert-recipient lists.

Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, honor customer choices, maintain security, resolve disputes, and meet legal, tax, accounting, and contractual obligations. Unless an order says otherwise, posting review history is generally retained as follows:

After the applicable period, records may be deleted or de-identified through routine deletion processes. Information may remain temporarily in restricted backups until those backups rotate. Billing, transaction, tax, contract, fraud, security, dispute, and suppression records may be retained longer.

Privacy Rights And Requests

Depending on where a person lives and whether a particular law applies, they may have rights to request information about personal information, access or obtain a copy, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, request portability, opt out of certain sales, sharing, or targeted advertising, appeal the denial of a request, or receive equal service without unlawful discrimination for exercising a privacy right. These rights are subject to legal limitations and exceptions.

To submit a request, email with the subject line "Privacy Request." Describe the request and the business or email address involved. We may take reasonable steps to verify identity and authority before responding.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information in light of the nature and scale of the service. No method of transmission, storage, or security is completely reliable. Do not send credentials, sensitive personal information, private HR data, or privileged legal material to RangeReady.

Children And Applicant Data

The website and service are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 18. RangeReady is not an applicant-tracking, recruiting, or candidate-evaluation service. Please do not submit applicant or candidate data.

U.S. Processing

RangeReady is designed for U.S. business use. Information may be processed and stored in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate. Customers using the service from outside the United States are responsible for determining whether their use and transfer of information are permitted under applicable law.
